Delete Your Data

Your right to erasure — we'll remove everything within 30 days

If you connected your Instagram account to Creator Cockpit and want us to delete all your data, you're in the right place. This covers everything we store: your Instagram stats, generated content, queue, schedule, gem balance, and access tokens.

What gets deleted

Your Instagram access token (we'll immediately lose access to your account)
Your follower count, engagement rate, and post data
All generated hooks, captions, hashtags, and thumbnails
Your content queue and posting schedule
Your dynamic variables ({niche}, {handle} etc.)
Your gem balance and usage history
Your style profile and brand voice fingerprint

⚠️ This cannot be undone. Unused gems will be forfeited.

Option 1 — Delete from the app

The fastest way: open Creator Cockpit, go to the sidebar and click Disconnect Instagram. This immediately revokes access and removes your account data.

Option 2 — Request via this form

Email privacy@rivalgram.com with subject line "Data Deletion Request" and your Instagram handle. We'll confirm deletion within 30 days.

Disconnect via Instagram directly

You can also revoke our access directly from Instagram:

Open Instagram → Settings → Security → Apps and Websites
Find "Creator Cockpit" or "Rivalgram" → tap Remove
This immediately revokes our access token

Note: revoking via Instagram does not delete data already stored in our system. Use one of the options above to request full deletion.
