These Terms of Service govern your use of Creator Cockpit operated by Stonehenge Labs. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The Service

Creator Cockpit is an AI-powered content strategy tool for Instagram Reels creators. It provides content generation, scheduling, analytics, and creative tools to help creators grow their audience.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Creator Cockpit you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

3. Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@rivalgram.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the credit system, or use the Service in ways that harm other users or our infrastructure.

4. Gem Credits & Payments

• Gems are the in-app currency used to access AI-powered tools
• New accounts receive 50 free gems on signup
• Purchased gems are non-refundable once used
• Unused gems do not expire
• We reserve the right to adjust gem costs with reasonable notice
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay

If a technical error causes incorrect gem deduction, contact us and we will review and restore credits where appropriate.

5. Instagram Connection

When you connect your Instagram account, you authorise Creator Cockpit to access your account data as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that:

• You own or have rights to the Instagram account you connect
• Your use of the Service complies with Instagram's Terms of Use
• You will not use the Service to automate actions that violate Instagram's platform policies

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools (hooks, captions, scripts, thumbnails) is provided as a creative starting point. You are responsible for:

• Reviewing AI output before publishing
• Ensuring content complies with applicable laws and platform guidelines
• Any claims, damages, or disputes arising from content you publish

You own the content you generate. We do not claim any rights over your generated hooks, captions, or thumbnails.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use Creator Cockpit to:

• Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Impersonate other creators or brands
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer our platform
• Resell or redistribute our tools without written permission
• Circumvent gem limits or access controls
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

8. Intellectual Property

The Creator Cockpit platform, design, and underlying code are owned by Stonehenge Labs. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the platform without permission. Generated content created by you belongs to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, original, or free from errors. We do not guarantee specific growth outcomes from using the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stonehenge Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify users of material changes via the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
